“Exquisite beds and lovely staff”
The most amazing pillows and beds. I was sad to come back to my bed but I wouldn't tell my bed that. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and I felt safe at all times. I do not like heights so the balcony was terrifying but others would love the amazing view.

“Enjoyable Stay”
Very pleasant staff. Food was lovely in the Bar and Restaurant. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Under cover parking was great. Lovely view from the balcony over the Parklands. Would probably have dinner at the Hotel next time as the pizza and breakfast were great. Very enjo… more

“Vast Improvement”
Previous stays all had issues from AC to check-in. This time, room was great, check-in & out was easy. Fantastic drinks and meal deal. Buffet breakfast was a little ordinary. Very helpful staff. I've had three stays and I can say the standard is lifting.

“Delightful experience.”
The staff were attentive and nothing was any trouble. It was a delight staying at the Hotel. The view from our room was stunning. We were very happy with the service we received and would thoroughly recommend. You Aussies often say No worries and you certainly live up to it.

“Business trip”
Staff at the reception very welcoming and always ready to help, since it was my first time in around the town I have to ask to the reception, they were able to provide all the necessary information. Hotel seems clean, nice smell in the lobby and even in the elevator.
