“Highly recommended”
An excellent and friendly hotel coupled with a fine restaurant. We spent three nights there occupying a top floor queen room, spacious and comfortable. The stairs were a bit daunting (we are both 80) but were manageable. Worthy of five stars. Highly recommended.

“Great!”
Easy to book in, friendly welcome, great room furnished with style. Quiet and very comfortable. Not very expensive for what you get. And it’s got a brilliant restaurant downstairs. Wish we were staying longer actually, will definitely return here.

“Outstanding!”
This Manor is steeped in wonderful history and is home away from home - everything from the coffee machine, the smeg jug to the shower, bathroom to the huge comfortable bed and they even supply a complimentary breakfast - well worth the price - it’s listed now listed in our favourites.

“Great find Would 100% recommend”
Didn’t know what to expect, but it certainly wasn’t this. What a find. Great room and lovely hosts. Upon arrival offered to take our suitcases ( really heavy ) up to our room via stairs. Room 12 top floor really large room with espresso machine and smeg kettle with fresh milk and bottles of water... more

“Charming historic boutique hotel.”
This is a lovely hotel rebuilt out of a girls' college founded in 1924. The building retains its charm with modern amenities. We stayed on the top floor which is a bit of a hike up the staircase but was a lovely surprisingly large room. The bed was very comfortable. The hosts couldn't do enough ... more
