“I love this hotel”
I always stay here when in Adelaide. Staff are lovely. Beds are super comfy. Buffet breakfast is great value. Location opposite park is the best any hotel has in CBD. Rooms are adequatly comfortable for the price. Off peak rates are still good value. Off street secure parking. What's not to like?

“Rethink staying at The Terrace.”
From the outside The Terrace looks good. Reception was polite and the staff generally were polite and cheerful. “GOOD LOCATION”
Loved the location of this hotel. Stayed for a couple of nights. We had a room on a top floor so great views over ADL hills. Spacious room with a balcony and kitchen. “Three night stay.”
A bit disappointing as the general standard appears to have dropped off this time compared to previous stays. No restaurant Frid/Sat nights, no soap first night, stained bathmat, heavy dust under bed and no ABC reception on TV. It appears there has been cost cutting measures undertaken.
