The location of this hotel is perfect, in the center of things but just at the edge so that the rooms are quite quiet. Room of good size but Bathroom is very old. Some major up grades are needed. AASAP. Breakfast was ok but with not many options compared to equivalent hotels of same category. “Cool place but rude employees.”
Beautiful place, nice decoration and AMAZING view. That jacuzzi on the top of the building with the view to the snowy peaks was so cool!!! However, the employees in there were kinda cold. And an employee tried to charge me for water in the breakfast… did I mention they can’t speak Portuguese, can’t… more

“Not the best service”
Whilst we fully appreciate that the standard of accommodation would not be quite up to the standards that we have in Europe ( we were in a group of 11 staying with Mercury travel). This is a lovely hotel situated perfectly within the centre of the town. Staff are mostly friendly and welcoming. The rooms do not have air conditioning but fans are available.
