“Good value in Bariloche center”
Simple, well-located hotel that is good value and very friendly. Good breakfast, good views, clean, and just one block from the main square and from the beachside park. I would definitely stay again. it's not luxurious, but the price is excellent and the location is perfect.

“Home from home”

From the moment we stepped out of the taxi and were welcomed on the sidewalk, we knew we were in our sort of hotel. That’s to say classic, well mannered, relaxed, clean and safe. Everything was impeccably clean and our bed was the most comfortable in the world after our own at home. The breakfast each day was fine, not the most varied but fine, and the staff very attentive and charming. The hotel is situated right in the centre of town, a stone’s throw from all the shops and restaurants, and the lake front. We were sorry to leave.

“Location is only saving attribute”
A room and nothing more. Location was the only saving attribute. Breakfast existed. Clean, quiet and staff was neither rude nor helpful with the exception of Juano a night clerk who defined rude. Close to restaurants and shopping. Almost OK for a one night stay.

This hotel has a fabulous location and a wonderful view from the view rooms. The breakfast is lovely, as is the man who manages the breakfast. However the hotel needs maintenance in a big way. Very very old fixtures are leaking or falling off the wall. It does have extremely hot water. It has the most antique elevator, yet it works quite well. As others have said, some of the desk staff are quite surly, which is surprising. It wouldn't cost anything to fix that. With some maintenance and care (and friendliness) this hotel could be a 5.
