Guests breaking the law will be immediately banished from the property and may be fined, states the law and the corresponding municipal regulations. The hotel/apartment manager or property agent must order said guests to leave immediately, which may require assistance from the security forces.

“Good Quality in Centre of Rosario”
Clean and comfortable room. 12th floor great views. Nice evening meal from restaurant. Friendly staff who can also communicate in Spanish as well as English. Hotel very close to main attractions and sights. Local bars nearby offer good beers and great character.

My room was comfortable and the breakfast plentiful, although the buffet lacked some common items like eggs that other buffets tend to serve. The staff was extremely accommodating. I asked for a quiet room on an upper floor, which I got, and the front desk provided me with several suggestions. I would definitely recommend a stay.

We brought a large group for book in, reception was ready with names and card all in alphabetical order. For a large group this hotel was such an easy book in. Some hotels cannot move from the paperwork for individual book in, this hotel was amazing obviously has large book in processing. All the staff maintained this level of service, always helpful with our English speaking group. Helpful with calling cabs, assisting restaurants reservations due to our language barrier even helped arrange Birthday cakes for a couple of people who had birthdays during our stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. If you have a large group this accommodation is perfect and easy. Would recommend.

We brought a large teenage rugby group to Rosario and this hotel we're very patient in their dealings with us. For many of the boys it was the first time they had been away from New Zealand and from their families and they often got very excited and noisy. We appreciated the hotels patience in dealing with us. The rooms were large, kept very clean however they are starting to show their age and some of the utilities (showers, air conditioning) were not working very well. The location of the hotel is fantastic, close walking distance to the riverfront and the central city; and surrounded by efficient laundries meant it was ideal for this group. Breakfasts were functional and provided a good start for the boys in the morning.

The setting is really good, it has you close to Plaza del Mercado and therefore really good for a morning run. 12 blocks from the Avenue Pellegrini and the main quality restaurants, although the blocks aren't huge and it is possible to walk or taxi relatively easily. The rooms were okay, nothing flash, but adequate. The staff were all friendly. Breakfast, is a typical Argentinian style, limited and with lots of pastry. A reasonable option.
