The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Arrived early on a Sunday morning after a 11 hour night bus trip from Mercedes. Was given a room immediately to relax and freshen up. Also information and city map provided for a city tour was very helpful. Breakfast was good but nothing special. I can fully recommend this hotel for a stay in Rosario as it is located very central and only 2 minutes away from the pedestrian and 10 minutes from the major tourist area!.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. This hotel is in the city centre, the breakfast is not the big buffet , is not different of the hotel of 3 stars. is the continental breakfast no buffet The room was very small but very clean

Mixed feelings about the place. After a three hour remise from Buenos Aires, I asked to use the bathroom in english while checking in. Mixed feelings about the place. After a three hour remise from Buenos Aires, I asked to use the bathroom in english while checking in. The desk clerk told me to wait a minute, then sent someone to find the bellhop. The bellhop arrived and asked what I wanted and I replied, this time in spanish, and the fellow at the front desk said in spanish "Oh, that's all he wanted" and gave me directions (in spanish). We were then brought to a room with the classic "three hip" bed (a small european double that literally fits only three of four hips of the users). The room was also exceptionally small. I asked for a new room with two beds or a larger queen or king. The front desk guy explained that they did not have large beds in the hotel, but he eventually found a room with two beds which was acceptable. Again, if I did not have some spanish skills this change would have been impossible. For an international hotel being used for a conference in the second largest city in the country, not having someone that speaks english at the front desk is subpar. The good news is that the beds were comfortable (not in the first room which had a too soft bed), the air conditioning was excellent, the room clean and breakfast standard, but not exceptional. Bathroom was average quality, though having a sink without more than a couple of inches of shelf was inconvenient for two people. Toilet didn't flush well. Neither room had a view that was attractive, despite being on the 12th floor. Having said this, the lobby was attractive and the internet was free and fast enough. Bottom line, staying a couple of days for a conference, the place is acceptable; however, don't plan a romantic vacation here.
