“Great for a vacation with the kids”
Great little spot nestled in the jungle. Relaxed atmosphere. Staff was really friendly and spoke enough English for you to get by if you don’t speak Spanish. “Excellent hotel experience”
This hotel is a hidden jungle gem! Wonderful service, safe, clean, comfortable bedding, beautiful views, close to downtown and the waterfalls, and good food. Would highly recommend to future Iguazu travelers.

“Rooms IN the jungle - a resort worth trying”
As we drove to La Aldea lodge from the airport, I noticed a lot of typical hotels along the highway. They looked nice, but there was nothing really special about them. “Post cruise extension to visit the Falls”
Nice, quiet room in jungle setting. Walking over uneven boardwalk between lobby and room somewhat treacherous for 85 year old couple. Breakfast consisted primarily of assorted sweet cakes, not healthy choices for individuals with high blood sugar.

the rooms are not well maintained, it was musty/moldy that i had to spray some perfume, it is in the middle of the jungle - i get it, the windows and doors have screens but there are still plenty of bugs when we walked in, mosquitoes and a big spider by the balcony door. we were also promised a poo… more
