“Great spot”
Located just outside of town overlooking the bay, a great spot. Accommodation with lake views very good and bar,service and food excellent. Best bit is the pool with outdoor section. Easy 30 min walk to town but shuttle great option. Definite stay again.

I traveled with my family and we had a very nice experience. Hotel room is very spacious and has a pretty nice view. There is a free shuttle to the center of el Calafate. The dinner at the hotel restaurant is amazing, especialy steaks. Breakfast is very bad, that is the only reason why I rated hote… more

“That view!”
Our room (111) was at the end of a hall, and facing Lago Argentino, so it was quiet and had a stunning view of the lake. Staff were kind and helpful, especially Maximilliano. The shuttle into town is a great convenience and the pool is particularly welcome after a day trekking or climbing. Not sure… more

“Cold and austere”
Hotel overlooks lake, which is lovely , and our room was comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped, except the shower head leaked badly and it was impossible to have a shower without getting your hair wet. The restaurant is expensive and the service is very poor.
