Apartment Our apartment was clean, a good size and had good facilities, including a kettle, toaster, 2 ring hob, sink, fridge and microwave. We booked for 3 people, there was one room with 2 beds and a sofa bed in the living room. This worked well for us. Food We booked self catering, there are 2 supermarkets in town with a good selection and several good restaurants in the area. Under the apartments in Le Cabin, its a good bar which does descent food and we ended up eating there most of the week. Perks When we arrived we got given a black discount band. This gave us discounts at sant moritz ski hire, the shop, le cabin and the polar bear restaurant. As we booked through crystal holidays we already booked our hire, but would have got a bigger discount with the black band, worth knowing. Staff The staff were friendly, helpful and approachable, always ready with a good morning or good afternoon. Couldn't have asked for more. Rooms are cleaned on Wednesday and they did a great job. Location The location of the apartments are perfect, situated next to the gondola less than a minute away. We hired a locker for our equipment and kept it upstairs next to the lifts, this was brilliant and made the morning easy and dry as the lockers were heated. The apartments also have lockers if preferred. The only downside to the location was the river, there is a beautiful rushing river right at the back of the apartment, it is really loud. My recommendation is to west ear plugs if you have a room located at the back of the building, having said that, if you or your kids sleep well with white noise, this may actually be a real positive. It was for me. Overall, we had a fantastic time, I would certainly consider coming back again, great for adults and families alike and really affordable.

“Great Place”

From the minute we arrived the service fantastic, great appartment, spotless, hob and microwave, we ate in few nights, we ate in Ciscous and El Cabin,food great and quite cheap staff very helpful.Great week away, meeting great people.

“5* location, 3* accommodation ”

Booked through Crystal for Feb half-term. Upon arrival, block locked up and reception closed. Rep rang to get someone to let us in who arrived about 5 mins later. Booked through Crystal for Feb half-term. Upon arrival, block locked up and reception closed. Rep rang to get someone to let us in who arrived about 5 mins later. We had a 1 bed apartment which was quite spacious and functional. At the back overlooking the stream and the gondola. Shutters wouldn't close and were jammed about a third of the way down the windows- not a problem with sunrise so late at this time of year but adds to sense of neglect in the building. Kitchen basic with 2 ring hob (could do with instructions to use as not that straightforward), under counter fridge and microwave. Only one plug in kitchen. Toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker in sideboard. Basic cooking equipment - could do with a scissors. 4 of each type of crockery, but no wine glasses of any sort. Espresso cups and small tea cups but no mugs - we ended up buying some. Sofa bed in lounge was okay. Very small TV with BBC World as only English Channel. Only one plug by TV so couldn't use fire stick as have done in other places when just want a quiet evening in. Bedroom is compact with 2 single beds which were comfy but made up with sheets and tired brown blankets . As mentioned in other reviews stream is loud but we found this very relaxing. Difficult to open wardrobe unless bed pushed right over to one side. Bathroom very tired and in need of updating. Shower temperamental with water strength and temperature. No hot water after 5pm. Bath is very small. Towels also tired and on the small side. Location - in the heart of the village, this is the Poblados main appeal. Turn right and you're at the main gondola in about one minute. Another 100 metres down the road is the St Moritz supermarket which is reasonably well-stocked, bigger supermarket just past that has much mote choice and fresh items. Good range of bars and restaurants within a short distance- booking advised for all restaurants during half-term. Would recommend 360, Hunters, The Factory and Ciscos.

“Great location”

This was our 1st visit to Andorra. The location is spot on for the gondola. The bar el cabin is a nice enough place and quite friendly. The staff we're very friendly. The drinks are affordable but I wouldn't recommend the food, it really is bad. Our room was fairly spacious and was ok for self catering, only 2 of us in the room, definitely no good for 3 or 4. The only constant problem was the noisy river beneath our window that would wake us up every single night without fail. We never slept through the entire week. Location 10/10.
