Everything about this hotel was excellent. We stayed for 3 nights in a triple room with my grandson, The room was very large . comfortable and well equipped with a coffee machine and minibar. The bathroom was a good size but what I would like to remark on most was the exceptional service from everyone concerned. The housekeeping , the restaurant staff and reception were all amazing. Everything was spotlessly clean and the food was delicious and varied. I can highly recommend the hotel and would like to say thank you to everyone and a special mention to Jan in reception who was able to solve a big problem for my grandson. Although the hotel was fully booked we never had the sensation of overcrowding even at busy times in the restaurant. It was a truly memorable and satisfactory stay.

We stayed at Hotel Himalaia for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful, assisting us with several specific requests. The room was fabulous with heaps of storage, the bed was huge and the cleaning staff superb. We didn't try the restaurant but the breakfast was great, a huge selection and all cooked beautifully. The bar was just as good and really great value for money. Without any hesitation we would recommend Hotel Himalaia and will definitely stay again if we're lucky enough to return to Andorra.

Five of us across 2 rooms enjoyed a great week’s skiing. Hotel was clean and comfortable and food was really good. Buffet was always something new and the kids always found something they liked. The locker room was spacious but the kids found the walk to the gondola a bit of a hassle in ski boots, so consider hiring a locker at the station for the week, was around 60 euros for a larger one (bit of a squeeze for 5 of us!) Back at the hotel all of the staff were really kind and helpful and helped to make our stay memorable. If we visit Soldeu again we would stay here again.

Really good hotel, spotlessly clean, very friendly helpful staff, great selection of good tasty food and beer! Would have been 5 stars but unfortunately the street level of the the hotel building is given to commercial premises, one of which is a very noisy bar called the Harp, our room was on the 3rd floor and the noise was at times very annoying and this went on until 1:30 am. No fault of the hotel but a shame.
