My son and I had an unexpected extra night in Tirana at the end of our holiday as he was unable to fly. The concierge that I spoke to at reception was extremely helpful and kind (30th August) sorted us a room and let us check in early as my son felt unwell. “Amazing and lovely service”
Rei is the most charming and funny person in the hotel. Great service, delicious recommendations and funny moments included! Thanks for the easy going time. We had to find a place to stay before departure and felt very welcome in the pool and restaurant area for half a day

“We had great 2 hours here.”
We went to the hotel because we still had some time before our flight and we wanted to enjoy the nice weather at the pool. We enjoyed the time at the pool and hat lunch at the restaurant. Everything was great and Rei made the experience even better. Really charming guy.
