Who can I contact if the transfer does not arrive at the scheduled time?
The pick-up point is stated on your voucher that we sent you by email. This voucher must be always printed out to be able to hand it out to the transfer representative that will collect you.
If you arrive at the pick-up point and the transfer service has not arrived at the scheduled time, you can call the number indicated on the voucher to get in contact with the transfer company to find out what happened. Please note that transfers can sometime arrive a little later than the scheduled time due to traffic problems or others.
If you were unable to get in touch with them for any reason, you must contact us so we can directly contact the transfer company.
