How does COVID-19 affect my Hotel booking?

Most hotel chains are applying flexible conditions for modification and cancellation to those bookings which origin or destination are affected areas by the COVID-19. We are in continous contact with hotels to know the applicable policies to the existing bookings.

For new bookings, they can be cancelled without additional costs until 30 days before the start of the accommodation if it is properly indicated during the booking process.
