What should I do if I don't receive a confirmation e-mail?

If you failed to receive the e-mail confirmation from LOGITRAVEL we recommend that you check the "Junk" or "Spam" folder to ensure that it was not automatically filtered there.

If you do not receive the e-mail confirmation and you cannot check the status of your booking online through "My Bookings" you must get in touch with us online through "Contact us".
