How do I know if my booking was completed successfully?
Once you have made the booking on our website, your reference number will be displayed along with details of your selected service. You will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation including your booking details and cancellation policy.
You can also check the status of your booking online through "My Bookings"
If we are unable to issue your e-ticket due to a payment problem, you will receive an e-mail informing you of the reason. Please check your email account until you receive the second email confirming your booking.
