First thing you need to do is check that you have the transfer confirmed and included on your documentation.  Normally the transfer is waiting for you after you pick up your lugguage in the arrivals area.

If you are unable to find your transfer/driver you can contact the company by calling the number on the voucher provided for your transfer.

In the event that you are unable to contact the transfer company please contact us and we will find out what has happened and offer a solution as soon as possible.
