When hiring a car, the rental company will be given an Assistance phone number to use in case of accident or the car breaking down. Please note that in case of accident you also need to:

- Write down the names and addresses of all the people involved and any witnesses.
- Fill in the accident report included with the car rental documents.
- Under no circumstance must you take the car to be repaired without the company's consent.
