Ibiza

Ibiza 49 mi off the coast of the city of Valencia in east Spain. It is the third largest of the Balearic Islands, an autonomous community of Spain. Its largest cities are Ibiza Town Santa Eulària des Riu and Sant Antoni de Portmany Its cities have become world-famous for their associations with tourism, nightlife, and the electronic music that the island has originated. It is well known for its summer club scene which attracts very large numbers of tourists, though the island's government and the Spanish Tourist Office have controversially been working to promote more family friendly Ibiza is an island in the Mediterranean Sea. Noted clubs include Space, Privilege, Amnesia, Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel, Pacha, DC10, Eden, and Es Paradis. Ibiza has many boat/pool parties and is home to the legendary port in Ibiza Town, a popular stop for many tourists and now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Ibiza, along with nearby Formentera to the south, are called the Pine Islands.

Civitavecchia (Rome)

Civitavecchia is the city of Rome´s port on the Tyrrhenian Sea. The harbour is formed by two piers and a breakwater, on which is a lighthouse. The name Civitavecchia means ancient town. There, the Eternal City lies before us in large format architectural and artistic sculptures such as the Colosseum, the most important monument of ancient Rome and used for public entertainment. Do not miss the Trevi Fountain and make a wish while you throw a coin back and continues to the Pantheon, one of the best preserved monuments of antiquity, Piazza Navona and the Vatican City. Take a walk through the Plaza of Spain and rest on the steps of Trinita dei Monti before heading to Via Condotti, wide avenue lined with shops.

Savona is a seaport and comune in the northern Italian region of Liguria, capital of the Province of Savona, in the Riviera di Ponente on the Mediterranean Sea..Savona used to be one of the chief seats of the Italian iron industry, having iron-works and foundries, shipbuilding, railway workshops, engineering shops, and a brass foundry.One of the most celebrated former inhabitants of Savona was the navigator Christopher Coliumbus, who farmed land in the area while chronicling his journeys. 'Columbus's house', a cottage situated in the Savona hills, lay between vegetable crops and fruit trees. It is just one of many residences in Liguria associated with Columbus.

Toulon (France)

Toulon is France´s second most important naval port, a fine Mediterranean harbour surrounded by hills. The town has a lively atmosphere throughout the year. There is a wealth of new museums, cafes and restaurants. The centre of the modern town is Place de la Liberté, dominated by the magnificent Grand Hotel, the last vestige of former glory days. Here, too, is Place Victor Hugo with its pavement cafes and the splendid Opera de Toulon. Look out for the huge wall frescoes so typical of Toulon. The historical center is located just north of the harbour. Toulon is genuine Provence , with wonderful smells of lavender and thyme in the market places.

Valencia is the capital of the province with the same name, situated on the eastern coast of the Spanish territory, which is accessible by air, land (rail and highway) and sea. The Maritime Station is one of the most modern facilities in Spain. The modern style pier where the Cruises depart from or the “Golondrinas” boats that can take you for a nice ride along the dock. Nearby, you will find the Royal Atarazanas, a historic monument in the Maritime Museum.

Costa Cruises will add a service charge per person, per day to the onboard account as a gratuity for cabin and dining services; the service charge is calculated daily according to the length of the cruise, the destination and the ship; Rates vary from €11 or  $13,50 for most sailings to €14,50 or $17,50 for selected sailings (these rates may vary and are compulsory); Children between the ages of 4 and 14 will be charged 50%.
