Hamburg

Hamburg is located on the River Elbe. This city is noted for several festivals and regular events. Some street festivals, such as the gay pride Christopher Street Day festival or the Alster fair, held at the Binnenalster are popular. In Hamburg you fill find big museums and galleries showing classical and contemporary art, i.e. Kunsthalle Hamburg with its contemporary art gallery, the Museum for Art and Industry and the House of photography.

Cherbourg (France)

Located on the french coast, in the region of Lower Normandy, it is a port of great importance in Europe. This area became very famous as it was witness the landing of Normandy during World War II. An interesting option is the visit of Mont-Saint- Michel, famous abbey on a tidal island on a rocky promontory that looks a like a fairytale castle.

Vigo (Spain)

Vigo is a city and municipality situated in north-west Spain, in the Spanish autonomous community of Galicia, and on the ria, or bay, of the same name, on the Atlantic Ocean.It is located in the south-west of Galicia, in the southern part of the Vigo Bay. Vigo is not only one of the major industrial and economic cities in Galicia, but it is also one of the more important Roman centers of Pontevedra. Although within the city one will not find much Romanesque architecture, it can be seen a few miles away from the city center. In many of the municipality's neighborhoods and parishes a large number of Roman ruins remain. Such is the importance of the Roman remains in Vigo that many Spanish authors have come to coin the term Romanesque Vigo. Vigo retains three of the most important examples of Romanesque churches in southern Galicia:

Lisbon

The city of Lisbon is rich in architecture; Romanesque, Gothic, Manueline, Baroque, Modern and Postmodern constructions can be found all over Lisbon. The city is also crossed by historical boulevards and monuments along the main thoroughfares, particularly in the upper districts. There are several substantial museums one can visit in the city. In addition, the mosaic Portuguese Pavement was born in Lisbon, in the mid-1800s. The art has since spread to the rest of the Portuguese Speaking world. The city remains one of the most expansive examples of the technique, nearly all walkways and even many streets being created and maintained in this style.

Barcelona

The port of Barcelona was born about the same time as the city was. Marseille (France)

Marseille is the second largest city in France, after Paris and is the third largest urban area and metropolitan area after Lyon. Marseille is the capital of the Provence Alpes Côte dAzur region, as well as the capital of the Bouches du Rhône department. The Quai des Belges at the end of the harbour is the site of the daily fish market. The Old Port or Vieux Port is the main harbour and marina of the city. It is guarded by two massive forts (Fort St Nicolas and Fort Saint Jean) and is one the main places to eat in the city. Genoa (Italy)

Genoa is the capital of Liguria and the sixth largest city in Italy. Genoa is one of Europe's largest cities on the Mediterranean Sea and the largest seaport in Italy. Genoa has been nicknamed the Superb one due to its glorious past and impressive landmarks. Part of the old town of Genoa was inscribed on the World Heritage List UNESCO. The city's rich art, music, gastronomy, architecture and history allowed it to became the 2004 Europeam Capital of Culture. It is the birthplace of Christopher Columbus.

What's included onboard?

Beverages are not included unless an all-inclusive drinks package fare has been booked; if drinks are not included in your cruise fare, a 15% gratuity is added to beverage purchases which are added to the onboard account.

Costa Cruises will add a service charge per person, per day to the onboard account as a gratuity for cabin and dining services; the service charge is calculated daily according to the length of the cruise, the destination and the ship; Rates vary from €11 or  $13,50 for most sailings to €14,50 or $17,50 for selected sailings (these rates may vary and are compulsory); Children between the ages of 4 and 14 will be charged 50%.

    The package must be booked by all guests with the same booking number and/or travelling in the same cabin. The package for young people aged 4-17 years does not contain any alcoholic beverages.
