Valletta (Malta)

Valletta is the capital of Malta, situated in the east central portion of Malta. It is the second southernmost capital of Europe. The City was officially recognised as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1980. The city is essentially Baroque in character, with elements of Mannerist, Neo Classical and Modern architecture in selected areas. Building dated The city consists of buildings from the 16th century onwards, built during the rule of the Order of St. John of Jerusalem, also known as Knights Hospitaller. The official name given by the Order of Saint John was Humilissima Civitas Valletta The Most Humble City of Valletta. Palermo (Sicily)

Palermo the capital of Sicily and the Province of Palermo and is situated in the northwest of the island of Sicily, right by the Gulf of Palermo in the Tyrrhenian Sea. Palermo is one of the most beautiful places and has a noteworthy architectural heritage and is known for many of its Norman buildings, including churches, museums, palaces and gastronomy, playing an important role throughout much of its existence, it is over 2,700 years old. It is a city rich in history, culture, art, music and food. The city is also going through careful redevelopment, preparing to become one of the major cities of the Euro Mediterranean area. Cartagena (Spain)

Cartagena is located on the sout east of Murcia. On the banks of the Mediteranean, with a very smooth climate and waters. It´s famous for it´s festivals of Carthaginians and Romans and the holy week processions, declared of international touristic interest.

Porto (Portugal)

Cobh (Cork)

Cobh known from 1850 until 1920 as Queenstown, is a popular tourist seaport town on the south coast of County Cork, Ireland. Cobh is on the south side of Great Island in Cork Harbour and almost 100,000 cruise liner passengers and crew arrive in the town each year when their ships berth right in the centre of the town at Ireland's only dedicated Cruise Terminal. Tourist attractions are focused on the immense maritime and emigration legacy of the town. The Queenstown Story Heritage Centre, Titanic Experience, Titanic Trail walking tour, Cobh Museum, Cobh Road Train, Spike Island tours and St Colman's Cathedral provide plenty for visitors to see and do. The town has remained virtually unchanged since RMS Titanic departed from Cork Harbour in 1912, with the streetscape and piers still much the same. Facing the town are Spike Island and Haulbowline Island. On a high point in the town stands the magnificent St Colman's Cathedral, and its carillon of forty-nine bells.

Zeebrugge (Bruges)

In Brugges you will have everything you need to enjoy the magical enviroment and unforgettable throught it's romantic canals, bridges, narrow streets and buildings full of history. So much so, that the old town of Brugges was claimed World Heritage Site of UNESCO in the year 2000.

Gdynia (Poland)

From the port of Gyndia there is an access to Gdansk, millenary maritim city where you will find the strain between Poland and Germany that are a indelible mark. In the old part of the town we find the Gothic Cathedral, considered Europes eldest brick church. Walking doen the streets we find bourgeois antique houses, many historical buildings and antique terraces, converted today in luxury shops, restaurants and art galleries.

Visby (Sweden)

Visby is the largest city of the swedish island of Gotland. It is one of the medieval cities better perserved of Scandinavia, and it was declared in 1955 World heritage site by the UNESCO. The name of Visby comes from the ancient nordic language. Vi means place of sacrifices.

Helsinki

Helsinki, also called Daughter of the Baltic or City of the Sea, is the capital and the largest city of Finland. The harbour is the heartbeat of this southern coastal city built on the peninsulas and islands of the Baltic Sea and Gulf of Finland. A piece of history can be found visiting the citys green domed Lutheran Cathedral, situated in Senate Square. There are fantastic museums like Suomenlinna and the Helsinki City Museum, where visitors can learn all there is to know about the worlds northernmost urban area. This city highly regarded for its design, a rich tradition that continues at stores like Arabia, which specializes in signature Finnish dishware, glassware, functional sculpture and pottery. Since the turn of the millennium, Copenhagen has seen a strong urban and cultural development, partly due to massive investments in cultural facilities and infrastructure.

Ijmuiden (Amsterdam)

IJmuiden is a port city in the Dutch province of North Holland and is the main town in the municipality of Velsen. It is located at the mouth of the North Sea Canal to Amsterdam, and lies approximately 11 mi north of Haarlem.The internal capitalization in the city's spelling is because IJ is a digraph in Dutch, and is therefore sometimes considered to be a ligature, rendering it a single letter.The port of IJmuiden is the third port of the Netherlands.There is the old fishing port, the modern Marina Seaport Marina IJmuiden, an industrial port and a terminal for passenger ships and cruise ships. The fish auction is definitely worth a visit. At the head of the port to the large North sea lock, you can enjoy the beach.

Dover

Today Dover is a major port town facing into the English Channel and the second busiest cruise port in the UK. What makes Dover so special is its impressive location with miles of beautiful, un-spoilt coastline and its internationally famous White Cliffs dominated by Dover Castle, known throughout the world. Dover is the town in Kent which is geographically closest to the continent and, as the world´s busiest ferry port, many justifiably describe as ´the gateway to England´. The cliffs are popular with tourists and offer the opportunity for wonderful walks and superb views out towards the English Channel. Or you may simply choose to simply gaze at them from the beach.
