La Romana (Dom. Rep.)

La Romana, on the southeastern coast of the Dominican Republic, is described by Lonely Planet as a bustling city hugging the Rio Chavon. The surrounding region offers all the classic attractions of a Caribbean destination, sandy beaches, upscale beachfront resorts and ample opportunities for water sports and excursions. The city is surrounded by sugar cane fields and is close to some of the islands most scenic spots. To the east of La Romana is the Parque Nacional Del Este, a protected area of numerous islands and warm, clear waters.

Ocho Rios (Jamaica)

Ocho Rios is one of Jamaica’s capitals full of pleasures. You’ll be able to go shopping or to see the real Jamaican culture. It is located approximately 67 miles east of Montego Bay. Know as a fishing village, counts with plenty of resort facilities such as hotels and restaurants, it maintains the culture of the past of a small Jamaican Town.It counts with various shopping plazas and with a crafts market located downtown, an easy distance to walk from the ship. In Ocean Village, the main flea market of the town, you can uy everything under the sun, right in the center of Ocho Rios.One of the most beautiful things to see in Jamaica is Dunn’s River Falls, and you will find them in Ocho Rios. Also you can find wonderful beaches to enjoy yourselves. One of the most known beaches is the James Bond Beach, which was named due to his creator living in the proximities. Plan a visit to the Shaw Botanical Gardens, where you can find a variety of exotic flora or you can go canoeing in the White River while the drums are beating.

Montego Bay (Jamaica)

Second largest city in Jamaica, Montego Bay is considered the capital of Jamaican tourism and one of the most modern cities in the Caribbean. Montego bay boasts beautiful white sand beaches, 9sq. miles of stunning coral reefs and crystal clear waters. There are three main beaches, The Doctor's Cave Beach, a magnificent white sand beach where the water is exceptionally clear as it is fed by mineral springs, Walter Fletcher Beach and Cornwall Beach. Away from the beaches, the Hip Strip, also known as Gloucester Ave., is a 3-kilometre stretch of shops, restaurants and bars bursting with a lively, vibrant atmosphere.

Grand Turk

It is a small island located at the end of the Bahama Islands, southeast od Miami, a quiet, and relaxing island. The island is the administrative, historic, cultural and financial center of the territory, and has the second largest population of the islands at approximately 3,720 people. The land is plain and has a dry climate. With one of the best diving systems in the world, it is ideal for working, swimming... the waters are clear, ideal for snorkelling. Catalina Island (Dominican Republic)

Catalina Island or Isla Catalina is a tropical island located 1.5 miles from the mainland on the south-east corner of the Dominican Republic, near La Altagracia and La Romana. It is an occasional destination for cruise ships on Caribbean routes. Ships anchor offshore and transport passengers to shore via tender. The island itself is only 9.6 square kilometers in size, and is a diverse preservation of eco-systems including sand dunes, mangroves, and reefs. Formed out of coral stone, the island contains three overlapping plateaus. The highest elevation on the island is only 60 feet above sea level. The seas around the Island are rich in wildlife, with many species of birds and tropical marine fish, and there are large areas where natural sandbars offshore bring the depth to just a few feet.

Costa Cruises will add a service charge per person, per day to the onboard account as a gratuity for cabin and dining services; the service charge is calculated daily according to the length of the cruise, the destination and the ship; Rates vary from €11 or  $13,50 for most sailings to €14,50 or $17,50 for selected sailings (these rates may vary and are compulsory); Children between the ages of 4 and 14 will be charged 50%.
