the friendly staff couldnt do enough for you and always had smile
negatives short of waiters in few of the bars on evenings and staff in buffet restuarant failng to keep up with clean cups cutlery etc

Food was excellent
Pullmantur do not cater for English speaking passengers. I was at a table set for six on my own. They do not have a brochure available in English to book future cruises.

The beetles theme was amazing the perforners were quality well done.
The food was warm to cold very poor never eaten cold peas before. nothing to eat after 11.30 if you wanted a late snack quality of food was bad.The animation entertainment was in Spanish and very rarely spoke in English so could not join in with much.If it had not been for the beetles entertainment in the evening I would of been very disappointed unfortunately the worst cruise I have ever been on sorry but it’s true.

Evening meal and service were very good. Lounge singers in particular Ricardo Pereira were excellent.
Didn’t enjoy the shows in the theatre as mainly aimed at the Spanish passengers, however the ABBA tribute act was very good.

Did not attend the cruise shows but the beatles shows were fabulous. Service in the restaurant was excellent.
Being double charged for service charges. (now refunded by Logi Travel thanks).
