The staff, cleanliness and cascading of information

Breakfast gets boring.

The food was perfect, the service was helpful, everywhere nicely clean. The places we could see were beautiful (Athens, Crete, Malta, Cartegna, Malaga). Too bad Sardinia was missed

I am the boss of the tour which I ordered from you for 10 people (5 cabins) and I got the worst cabin of the whole group on the sixth floor without window number 6177 where you could not sleep ! The other 4 cabins were on the 9 floor next to each other (9017, 9019, 9021,9023) with a window. As a touring boss in every travel agency, I get the best cabin and group discount. Too bad we weren''t in Sardinia. I''m very angry.

Even though we were cruising through heavy storms, the boat was very stable

Because of the heavy storms, Sicily was cancelled as one of our destinations

Easy access to board having paid for junior suite

Evening meal food generally served cold by mostly miserable waiting staff.Ship is dated, black fungus around wall tiles. Difficulty in getting into high sided bath.Advised you that this was 51st wedding anniversary but nothing extra provided. Flowers, fruit maybe champagne in the suite - nothing!!!!!
