Includes pre-dinner cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in the galley for you and a limited number of fellow guests. After your executive chef describes the specially designed menu for the night, participants are escorted to an intimate table for the main course, including pairing suggestions. Trained in France, and named the Inaugural Inductee into the Chocolatier Hall of Fame by Dessert Professional Magazine, Chef Love combined premium quality chocolate with unique flavors and artful designs to mastermind his exclusive creations found in the main dining room and at Horizon Court

Onboard the Island Princess you will find five main dining rooms, one of them as Traditinal Dining (at the same time for each meal with your own waiter throughout the cruise) and four as Anytime dining (you aren't limited to eating at a fixed time or place).

Pools: you'll enjoy complete relaxation as you float serenely in the pool, or take a dip in one of this ship's invigorating hot tubs. All staterooms have twin beds (some convertible to queen beds) or a queen size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, bath towels and pool towels, and complimentary toiletries, 100% Egyptian cotton linen, flat screen TV, refrigerator, hair dryer and safe. Many staterooms have Pullman foldaway beds which can accommodate a 3rd or 4th persona and are perfect for friends or families wishing to travel together.
