Great staff
Poor internet, average shows and disappointing drinks package, I.e, charged for bottled pineapple juice which I did not understand as Carlton juice was included.

Meeting people whilst sharing a table for breakfast and dinner. Staff were always very accommodating.
Britannia is looking a bit tired. It needs updating. Understand there is a refurb due to take place in April 2024

Lovely ship, friendly staff and amazing food.
Smoking area on deck 16 needs a bit of TLC, door very dangerous. Would have been amazing if had an extra stop on way back.

Lovely ship X enjoyed the trip.
Was hoping for better food in dining rooms. Quite stingy on veggies.Puddings ok. The procedure around booking a table in dining room needs to be looked into , poor organisation.
