Service in our dining room was excellent ,top marks to Francesco (Granese).also our room cleaner was polite and very helpful (Nathalie) The shows were fantastic. Poolside entertainment was great and a lot of fun! 7 days went too quickly !!
We were annoyed that we could not get a lounger by the pool, or in the spa area (on a windy day) they all had towels on them but no people,( they were not all in the pool or hot tubs) On one of our excursions to Marseille we could not hear one word that the guide said even though we asked her to speak louder as we could not hearEven though it was not school holiday time I thought there were too many children . At night you could hear night staff talking loudly from outside of the balcony, very annoying at 3 or 4 oclock in the morning

Very clean and new ship, great staff

The staff onboard are fabulous.
No seats to sit on in main area of ship.Buffet layout hard to follow.Never any seats in buffet and tables dirty.Restaurant in a morning not open long enough.
