Fantastic facilities on the board, considering 1st time experience in cruise very happy with the overall experience
The only negative part was Port in Athens was very far and no proper service provided by MSC

Shows were very goodCleaning staff very friendly, cleaned 2 times a day.Staff in restaurant were nice
Too much commercialised Drink packages were too expensive Vegetarian options were not good enough for lunch

Quality of the drinks. Coffee was incredible and some of the cocktails especially. Snacks - always available.
Queuing to get off an onboard the ship and for food and drinks."service charge". If it is not optional then it should be paid before the cruise. This is just a sneaky charge to make the holiday look cheaper so people are more likely to book.

The waiting staff around the bars were just fantastic ..... Melisa or Whats-en-Eye from Zimbabwe was a credit and joy
The professional singers and the Motown revival was just the worst act i''ve ever seen in 15 years of cruise entertainment.
