You, the booking agent. Shambles from the start. Your invoice was unclear about what we had bought. You gave us no idea about obtaining our embarkation registration. You got the itinerary wrong. I spent my 65th on Sardinia, not Genoa where we had a restaurant booked. I will never use you again. What with todays social media you are in for choppy waters.

Certainly would book again MSC...staff great premium drink food and presentation up there with both Costa @ Princess cruises...
Buffet restaurant was a nightmare food good but far too busy main 2 restaurants should both open@ longer 7am till 10am to 12.00 till 3pm..take the volume of guests..
