Friendly and helpful staffRestaurant food of excellent value for money. All inclusive drinks package was the deciding factor when choosing the cruise.

No need for the photographic services on board. They are far too expensive, especially in these modern times of personal digital technology.

The restaurant and bar staff were 5 star! Excellent service. Especially Shane, bonface and anket in quatro venti restaurant. Also we had great service from Ravoniarisoa in gocce bar and Frederick in bar sole top deck 16. Thank you.??x

The guest services on this cruise ship we found very disappointing.

The ship is stunning and spotlessly clean

Arrival embarkation, we were told to be there at 9am, just days before departure. We had booked a hotel for the night in Pisa, so could not use public transport as planned. We had to book a taxi to the port, which cost £80.No one from Msc appeared until 09:45, there was no apology for the delay or even a welcome greeting. Very poor service and a disappointing start, especially after we had been informed to ensure that we were on time.
