Convenient boarding points, good service on ship, food good, great destinations.
Security team on entry & exits of ship were not friendly, check in was very disorganised, no explanations given, not friendly, took over 1 hour to complete despite arriving at designated time slot,Very very disappointed to find out that staff DO NOT get the tips / gratuaties we prepaid. We were informed they were compulsory.

Cleanliness and efficiency on embankment and disembarking
Bar entertainment (reliant on backing-track and computers) Lack of adult only space and poor WiFi even for own app services.

Best balcony view, great food and service. Compared to Costa, Msc is múch múch for us.
Almost no entertainment. Day at the sea was just one boring experience followed with the worst bingo game i ever played.
