All staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful
It was too crowdy and due to the weather, all stops were cancelled. This is not the fault of MSC, but the combination made the experience very difficult..

Dining in restaurant was nice staff were amazing very helpful . boat was beautiful
Buffet was horrendous never had 1 hot meal in it time you got food and trying to find seat food wasn''t worth eating Italian people were very aggressive n angry arguing over food and seats just to say I won''t travel on msc again

Staff work very hard can''t fault any of them
Buffet service absolutely shocking never had 1 hot meal there couldn''t find a seat and time we found seats food was very cold never ate it Italian people very rude fighting over food and fighting n arguing over seats wouldn''t travel on msc again p.n.o are very well organised I would go with them again
