Not enough customer service getting on ship. Or extra details/handouts for ports if you dont book their excursions. Expensive excursions. Extra pending charges every day - $60 for two applied each day to the account. Queues at reception most of the time. Shows poor. Deck chairs cleared away by staff far too early in the summer evenings.
