Reviews and ratings
Dining on Cunard's ships creates a buzz of excitement and it's not surprising really. From early morning until dinner and beyond, you're spoilt for choice. And your table is reserved in one of the renowned restaurants, depending on the suite or stateroom you've chosen. Dressing for dinner is part of the occasion. Some nights are more relaxed, casual and always smart, other offer a chance to dazzle in more formal attire.
Your reserved table in your main restaurant is just one of so many zesty options. The Verandah restaurant offers inventive French inspired fine dining, Part of the Lido transforms each evening into one of three venues. Bamboo offers Asian fusion, Coriander serves Indian cuisine and Prime is the spot for succulent steaks and seafood.
The Queens Room is an excellent example of Queen Victoria's warmth and luxury. At first glance, the dramatic chandeliers and arced balconies catch the attention. A closer look will reveal three original etchings by Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. It's the combination of grandeur and detail that really enhances the luxury. You'll find it too in the Royal Court Theatre. Rising the height of three decks in reds and gold, this is an already incredible venue. The private boxes at sea add an extra dash of glamour to each dazzling show.
Over in the traditional Golden Lion pub, the spotlight might switch to you as you interpret a track or two during a lively karaoke event. Afterwards, what about some late night trivia or a spin of the roulette wheel in the casino? Or you might be in the mood for dancing at the atmospheric nightclub that could be playing anything from rock anthems to the hits of the 1970s.
