The Cabin was great and kept very clean. Facilities on ship were great however overcrowded so could not experience it all.
The restaurant, poor quality food. Rude staff.

Staff working extra hard due to shortage of staff.Food was good and plenty of choicesBar staff always proving a great serviceAnimation team was great and very energetic.Shows were good.Great choices of bars with live music
lack of staff in the restaurant and some members not interestd,looking tired and exausted.The main dinning room, no table covers like on my previous cruises.Long wait for the food to be served.Late dinning option at 21.30 is just far too late.Despite this being my 3rd cruise with Costa and his ship is by far the biggest and most modern, it was my worst cruise so far with Costa.Overal i had a good time but nowhere as good as my previous and based on this ill seriously consider on wether to cruise with Costa again.
