Customer services - I had to turn to their desk five times (sic!) to have my drinks package upgrade activated correctly.

There was no warning that pilates session is no free of charge it wasn t mentioned anywhere

Cuisine was great, though it was only Italian.

Cruise was missold as all inclusive drinks package which didn''t have any cocktails included. Ended up buying extra package for cocktails. The worst of all was bottled water was not included in any of these packages and Costa charged us for using the water bottle placed like a welcome drink on board. Felt it''s a disgrace that they charged us for a bottle of water after buying the premium service package with all inclusive drinks and additional package for cocktails. They tend to forget the hospitality which they should take care as a holiday maker before aggressively making business out of even bottled water. Will never recommend this to anyone and will write a proper detailed review in all available forums to warn and benefit other holidaymakers. It''s not first time we are doing a cruise and we were really impressed with MSC who is Costa''s main competitor and they were never running the business side so aggressively like Costa did.
