The Room cleaning staff was great.

My recent holiday experience was nothing short of a disaster, marking it as the worst in over three decades of travel. Throughout the stay, the staff displayed a remarkable lack of friendliness, save for one exception - the individual responsible for maintaining our room. Their pleasant demeanor earned them a generous tip amidst an otherwise disheartening encounter.To compound matters, we were blindsided by an exorbitant bill, accompanied by aggressive demands for payment, bordering on intimidation tactics. The culinary offerings were far from noteworthy, failing to leave any lasting impression. Ultimately, the entire experience proved to be a colossal waste of both time and money, leaving me resolved to never repeat such a misadventure.The accommodation itself left much to be desired, with cramped and subpar living quarters. Positioned uncomfortably close to the bustling music and dance hub, any hope of a peaceful night''s rest was swiftly dashed. To exacerbate matters, a malfunctioning air conditioning unit necessitated a late-night visit from an engineer, disrupting what little tranquility remained. As if scripted, the ordeal culminated in a power outage, leaving us plunged into darkness, a fitting metaphor for the entirety of our ill-fated stay.In summation, this holiday was a regrettable mistake, leaving me adamant in my decision to never subject myself to such circumstances again.

The toilet has gone wrong. Somebody came three minutes in and he fixed the mistake.

Evening entertainment poor ,act.s second rate ,singing very poor. I was pleased to get off at the end .very very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Food served cold and greasy staff that did not know what was needed.

The waiting for embarcation in Savona and to enter the ship in Rain in one of our destination and in some destination I think there must be a shuttle service I think by giving tips personally to the staff is more smart.
