Katerina the English speaking hospitality lady was marvellous. She went out of her way to assist me and I cannot praise her enough.You have a treasure there Costa.
The least valued services are Excursions, Room Service

Lovely staff throughout. Particularly the guy in the beer bar who serenaded us with his lovely voice and greeted us with the biggest smile. Great quality food and drinks.Toilet doors you don''t need to touch.
The biggest negative was insufficient toilets. I suggest when toilets are out of use for cleaning or other, there should be an indication of where the nearest useable toilet is. Also, don''t close more than one toilet at once. I was on such a wild goose chase, I ended up going to my cabin on the 8th floor.

The ship was fabulous, the staff were amazing, the value for money was out standing.
There was not enough toilets on board and the ones that are on board are not well sign posted.

CleanlinessStaff friendlinessGood quality of Evening menuAutomatic door opening when entering toilets was a positive which safeguarded against cross contamination.
Buffet Breakfast menu of poor quality. Poor selection and quality of meats & cheeses.Hand sanitizer dispensers - many around the ship were empty & no staff involvement offering hand sanitisation when entering food areas different to other cruise lines who were more health conscious.
