Waiters and most bar staff, absolutely delightful.

The least valued services are Room Service, Animation Team

Everything was amazing

Sunrise and sunsets from the balcony! The hospitality from all staff on board! The amazing food and drinks.

The friendliness of the crew! Nothing was too much trouble!!

Thought that the water should have been free in the cabin!Would have hoped for more free WiFi!

The bar staff and restaurant waiting staff were first class and nothing was to much trouble for them , some of the best staff we have ever experienced while cruising .

Would have like to be able to get late night tea or coffee on board , windows were extreamly dirty , We were charged for bottled water even though we had already purchased a full drinks package and no free supply of water to our cabin.

Most destinations were by tender, some were rather disorganised

Really enjoyed the cruise, all the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful

Drinks package, should be made clearer what is and isn’t included, not a big drinker was more disappointed with the non alcoholic drinks that you couldn’t have. Couldn’t have the hot chocolates or milkshake even though under 7 euros which was supposed to be the price you could have up to and couldn’t even have the non alcoholic cocktails as they were priced to high, crazy!

Food for the size of ship was very good.

Rear of ship (Deck 10) is given over to smokers which also blows up onto Deck 11 (outside seating for Buffet. Main shows only start after 2100 and the late show usually 2230 which is very late compared to competitors.
