The entertainment team were fantastic, the dancers and singers really made our holiday, all the staff were helpful and friendly
Nothing was in English and because I have an allergy to fish it was a bit worrying at meal times

The design if the whole ship
That you have to pay everywhere, coffey, sangria , rediculus prices on all drinks and food.The Color line between Oslo /Kiel have far better buffet with fresh seafood , fresh grilled beef , pure clean quality, in Aidi it was the same chrap kettles with sauve - really embarresing and you get so tired of it. I bought the comfirt drink package, and the people in the pool bar so stressed and ruud when i asked if things was included ir not. It us terrible that you dont have good nice coffey to breakfast and to dinner only tea. I have been cruisung with begore, because i was invited when John Deere rent the whole ship, then it was totally different. Or else i have been cruising 45 times , in many different ships snd oceans, but this service, money making and vad raste coffey and food , destryed the whole cruise for me.It seemes that you dont care!! I called 2 in the ngjt last fay because i was suddely blocked for internet, and i have paid the most expencive option, they tild ke that because i shoul leave , i was in a middle of buseiness with the us, but no help and no more connection , i was pussed!! Please contact ne uf you want to be better and keep me as a cusyomer or else bever more Aida fot me and sll my friends

Crew so friendly
Wifi was paid for by each passenger but available to only one person per cabin and then only 250mb. Paid for extra wifi package that didn’t work. Our complaint is under investigation.
