not enough seats at shows ..theatre not big enough for 5000 people on board ,,and again ..the daily info sheet ,in german ..should have some in english ..

The ship is very clean and the service is very good and staff are very friendly and helpful.
The buffet places and restaurants could have a variety of foods to cater to other nationalities as well with a bit of spicy food and also for all announcement, shows should also be in English as well as it is the most spoken language so other nationalities can enjoy and understand.

Everything was good or better than we expected, all staff spoke English and were very nice.
very little English information (or shows) on the TV,(an easy conversion). All information is in German and most announcements except safety advice also given in English.

Some lovely staff who embrace cultural diversity.
Cabin bathroom had an unpleasant smell.Food in buffet restaurants always cold.Don’t offer much for solo travellers.

Beautiful ship and most enjoyable cruise. Excellent food and service. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff and service who mostly spoke good English.
While appreciating that this is a German ship and provides for German guests I think it would be helpful for some announcements and programmes to be made in English.
