Great shows, excellent team and very watchable. Food quality generally good in most restaurants.

Many people on board which led to difficulty getting specialty restaurant reservations as were largely booked out when we boarded, difficulty getting a table at the buffet restaurants at peak times and difficulty getting served drinks in the bars, most notably the Lanai Bar.

The ship and amenities are first class

Not catering for non German speaking passengers especially in announcements made but the captain etc.

Poor bar serviceSanitising was too late after a norovirus was going around which my husband caught and was very ill onboard.

Clean, nice rooms, courteous staff. Food quality good, although buffet restaurants had much the same food with just a few variations to reflect the theme of the restaurants. Wider variations between the restaurants would have been better,

Ship was full and it was very difficult getting served at the bar or via a waiter. Also not easy to get a seat for the shows, so standing room only.

Theatre shows were excellent and well performed by a very good troupe of singers and dancers. Food quality was generally good and staff were friendly despite the obvious pressure they were under due to the ship being completely full, Locations were as expected, but Sir Bani Yas was a beautiful location and well worth the visit.

Ship was completey full, which led to very slow service in bars, often with waiting time quite of 15-30 mins, but also meant that it was virtually impossible to reserve a table in the a-la-carte restaurants, even when trying to book them as soon after boarding as possible. Similar situation for some of the excursions. This was rather disappointing. Travelled during Ramadan, which was OK in most stops, except for Doha (Qatar) where all restaurants and bars were closed, so was very quiet.

The design, layout and facilities on board were excellent and I particularly liked the interior design which I felt was excellent as well.

I was so disappointed and very worried on occasions because I was given no help in translating everything I needed to know in order to enjoy my holiday. I received no help or translation of any of the documents including vital travel requirements. I also had no idea what our daily newsletter and daily entertainment schedule said because it was in German and even though I had told the AIDA Cosma reception team that I couldn''t speak any German, they continued to write everything in German so I had no idea what to do, where to go unless I queued up or asked someone else on board the ship to tell me. I therefore missed several nice things I would have taken part in but later found out about from other people.

The least valued services are Animation Team, Shows, Excursions
