Cleanliness. The ship was absolutely spotless.
Lack of actual dining areas without other passengers walking through.

Great shows, excellent team and very watchable. Food quality generally good in most restaurants.
Many people on board which led to difficulty getting specialty restaurant reservations as were largely booked out when we boarded, difficulty getting a table at the buffet restaurants at peak times and difficulty getting served drinks in the bars, most notably the Lanai Bar.

The ship and amenities are first class
Not catering for non German speaking passengers especially in announcements made but the captain etc.

Poor bar serviceSanitising was too late after a norovirus was going around which my husband caught and was very ill onboard.

Clean, nice rooms, courteous staff. Food quality good, although buffet restaurants had much the same food with just a few variations to reflect the theme of the restaurants. Wider variations between the restaurants would have been better,
Ship was full and it was very difficult getting served at the bar or via a waiter. Also not easy to get a seat for the shows, so standing room only.
