“Good as ever”
We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and have never been disappointed. We have always stayed in the older part of the hotel and this time in a Silver plus room on the 4th floor. “Lovely hotel but staff approach letting it down”
Lovely hotel in lovely location but staff quite unfriendly and abrupt. I have stayed in literally hundreds of hotels and I have to say the facilities, food etc exceeded my expectations. Great location as well. But staff need retraining in customer service. A softer approach, less intense less… more
