My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying at Radisson Blu Hotel in Jersey and we must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was impeccably clean, with all the comforts one could wish for. “The best hotel in Jersey ”

Once again this is by far the best hotel in Jersey. Location, service, facilities, food, bar, staff, need I go on. 100% in every single area. I always look forward to my stay here and again I was not disappointed. Well done team Radisson and look forward to staying again soon.

Just spent a week here for a special anniversary holiday. A bottle of Prosecco from the hotel was much appreciated - thank you. The staff here are just incredible and work so hard to keep everybody happy. The front of house staff are well trained, polite and will do all they can to see that your every need is catered for. Having said this, the bar area is very busy with both residents and groups of local people using the bar and outside terrace overlooking the marina. Always keep an eye that you are signing the correct tab before you leave the bar - this is not the staff’s fault, just the number of tables they are serving. It is advisable to book for a table in the restaurant at the start of your stay because again, the restaurant is very busy with non-residents who choose to eat there. We ate in the restaurant twice. Food was good but again take care signing the tab - we were charged for a two course dinner (starter and dessert) plus a main course from the main menu. Adrian the restaurant manager soon sorted this out for us but insisted we had been charged correctly - buyer beware. Room on the 4th floor overlooking the marina - view was just amazing. Room itself needed some refurbishment and replanning eg. somewhere to boil the kettle near the tea tray, somewhere to sit to dry your hair and apply make up, more hanging space for people staying for more than a few days. (We stayed in a fairly new Premier Inn on our return to the mainland - Raddison could learn some lessons from their room planning). The bedside tables definitely needed recovering with the leather look fabric used initially. Bedding was quality as were the towels which were changed regularly and cleaned by the brilliant housekeeping staff. We requested a fridge for medication which required a room change when we checked in. Not all rooms have fridges so ensure you ask for one when checking in. Rooms are quiet and there is little noise from the rest of the hotel so sleep quality is good. Reception staff are pleasant and helpful. Thanks especially to Terri who helped us sort out room change and the fact we got our valuables stuck in the safe. Met one of the managers during our stay but felt the management could be a little more prominent front of house. Generally, this is a lovely, big and busy hotel. The staff, as previously mentioned, are by far their biggest asset. Special mentions for Eunice, Joan and Cathy (stocking up the amazing breakfast buffet constantly). Mariam and Muigel (the dancing waiter from St. Lucia) in the bar area. We would return to this hotel.
