Second visit to the hotel but this time with family (son and partner). As before the hotel was wonderful and even better than the first time. Aleksandr, Nuraida and Kamila were our assistants and were very attentive and ensured that our holiday was trouble free and flew by far too soon. On request the hotel provided the same room as before 1116 and my son and partner in 1117 which was brilliant. The hotel has introduced many improvements and there is nothing that I can honestly say could be improved but I hope to be proved wrong on our next visit. Our maid Meryem was terrific and I am ashamed to say that the tip we had planned to leave did not happen due to circumstances beyond our control but will rectify on our next visit, seriously I have never encountered such a wonderful maid. The rest of the staff that you never see but look after the room were also brilliant. The service in this hotel is absolutely stunning. Cusine 24 is very very good, Carino stunning, Wen could be so much better if they got the bugs under control, Vista mouth watering and the Tepsi very good. The entertainment was enjoyed by all of us as was the sessions of Uno we had in the Lounge bar looked after by the very attentive staff. I deliberately delayed the review till a couple of weeks after we had got back and I have nothing negative to provide, sorry. Finally the late check out provided by the hotel ensured that all of us in the party could enjoy the final day and leave the hotel (very sad) but totally unstressed.

I was very excited to go to this resort on holiday given all the reviews are so positive. There is not one thing I can criticise about Voyage Sorgun, everything is perfect! Highlights *Exceptionally baby friendly for our 1 year old - baby food, indoor air conditioned play area, highchairs/bibs, free swim nappies, clean cot/bedding, staff all geared up to help with babies *Service is top notch - staff can't do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble *Food in the main restaurant is amazing and the A la Carte restaurants are fabulous. We ate in the Greek, Teppanyaki, Chinese and Steak restaurants *Concierge WhatsApp group is responsive and really useful for asking questions and booking the restaurants *Accommodation is lovely and clean *Pools are great, lots of options and perfect temperature *Beach is nice, pebbly but easy to access directly from the resort *Organised a cake for my birthday at the restaurant we were having our evening meal *Exercise classes good fun - did water spin, flying yoga, balance board *No extra charges for anything other than the a la carte restaurants (which are reasonable priced for the quality) *Evening entertainment good fun We would definitely come back or try another one of their hotels (I think there are two more)

“High-class standards of service”

Very positive experience, definetely this is what a service should have to be. Food is very good, amenities are cool, shows are also at the very high level. Hotel advisors: Begimai, Nurila and Tursun made our stay easy breezy. Highly recomend.

I would say I am very fussy with choosing and deciding on a holiday, I can spend hours and hours researching every review with any minor negatives immediately putting me off - when I came across this hotel it sounded too good to be true and decided to book - well it met our high expectations and if anything exceeded them by a mile. We opted for a family bungalow which was ideal for our 2 kids - they loved having their own space and took great pleasure in decorating it with all their toys/teddies from home as soon as we arrived at 11.30pm. You are greeted with a chilled glass of champagne on arrival and introduced to your assistants who really can’t do enough for you over your stay. Thank you to Makhabet, Aidai and Apara you were all amazing! The food and drink selection is the best I have ever come across in an all inclusive hotel, the a la cartes are absolutely worth the small supplements (our fave was the Italian - the homemade tagliatelle cooked in the cheese wheel by your table, wow!!) the steak restaurant is also worth a mention, the meat literally melted in your mouth. We also loved the 24 hour restaurant - the staff in here were excellent and they were great with our boys. Branded ice cream by the pool which the kids can help themselves to is a great addition as well as the Fruit bar which my 6 year old was obsessed with getting melon from every day. And don’t even get me started on the patisserie and chocolatier - insane!! Cocktails are premium and served in the appropriate glass by the pool/beach/wherever you are - loved having a passionfruit martini in an actual martini glass by the pool and not in a tiny plastic cup. I don’t think we queued for anything - drinks and food served to your lounger, always a table in the main restaurant/24 hour restaurant and no rush for a sunbed, we would come down about 10.30 every morning with loads of loungers still available next to the pool. Our kids loved going to the wee fairground every night after dinner, the 3 men who worked here (I wish I could remember their names!!) were fantastic and our boys loved them despite them asking to go on a ride again again and again! Entertainment was excellent every night as well as the DJ/disco which came on at 10pm. The only small negative I can think of is the amount of smoking at the entertainment/main restaurant - it would be ideal if there were dedicated smoking areas in these parts. Overall we had the best time, we were gutted to leave and for the first time ever we have immediately booked to return next year (the holiday comedown is real!) Honestly if you are considering booking here do it - you will not regret it!
