“Flawless! Already booked our 4th trip”

We booked here very last minute in 2022 just for a week. Fell in love with the place from the moment we arrived. This is our 3rd visit, and we booked our 4th within a few days of arriving this year. There are simply no faults with this place. The staff are just exceptional, from the check in team, to the waiters, bar staff, cleaners, everyone. TUI must really look after their staff here because the staff more than look after the guests. Every staff member is always smiling, greets every guest when they see them There are groundskeepers that are tending to the gardens, walk ways and beaches every day. Cleaners are constantly cleaning the toilets, around the pool and beaches. The food variety is fantastic, with all day snacking and multiple meal times. The drinks are plentiful and taste great, you really don't need the premium brands (but they are available for a few euros). Nothing goes to waste here, as the staff get the left over food (we did the kitchen tour and it was brilliant to see how the machine works). Virtually every lunch and dinner service you would see the Executive Chef or the Chef de Cuisine either serving guests or checking and cleaning stations. Tips aren't expected at all which is great, but you'll want to tip some of the exceptional staff...we certainly have every year as we often see the same staff year after year. We give a mix of EUR and TRY, and they are always well received. If you're looking for a holiday where you want to do absolutely nothing but relax, this is the place. There's a shopping centre outside the grounds which sells the usual tat, and there's plenty of cats and dogs around, but they are harmless. And there is a cat food lady in the mornings that drives round and fees the cats (nice to see they are looked after). We go running outside in the local area, and dogs sometimes like to trot along beside you...completely harmless. Taxis are readily available, just ask reception and one will be there in a few ins. You'll need one if you want to go out and do activities. Side is worth a trip, is about 35 mins drive, and if you get a taxi via the hotel its about €50 return trip, and the drivers will often wait for you for several hours, and won't accept payment until they bring you back to the hotel. We booked a private transfer to/from the airport, it was totally worth it, especially after a long day travelling, as it can take 1.5-2hrs to get to/from the airport as there are other drop offs and pick ups. Day beds are totally worth it, we've not done the ones with the service as it encourages us to get up and get some steps in, but we book them a couple of times each holiday. WARNING! 7 nights here is not enough! 10/11 nights are ideal, but 14 is even better.

I visited here with my family, including a 2 and 4 year old and thought it was fantastic. Highlights: -Varied and delicious buffet absolutely loved the kids section, they had their own cutlery/ plates and everything was low down so that they could help themselves. -Seeing the bats flying between the palm trees at night, the cats, the kids even saw a hedgehog -Spacious room, perfect for a family. The best room we’ve had when travelling aboard we loved being able to put the kids in separate room -Loved the beach area, plenty of sun beds and a really lovely environment -The entire resort is spotless! It’s kept extremely clean and the cleaners are really friendly, as are most of the staff To be aware of: We visited in October so this may not be applicable during the height of summer but the main pool was very cold. Meaning that my son couldn’t use the slides. The splash park and baby pools were also cold however when I highlighted this to the staff they were brilliant and warmed them up. It was just unfortunate that the main pool, where the slides ran into, remained very cold (hardly anyone was using it) It was a shame that there were only 3 cocktails and 1 beer available on the all inclusive menu, the cocktails didn’t have much alcohol in them at all Overall we loved staying here and would highly recommend to any family wanting a spacious room and delicious food with plenty of options :-)

“Great”

We wers here second time. All is really nice. Some eco friendly changes are visible, as there were not fridges with bottled water, but it was fine. “Top hotel but going in November (or out of season) is risky”

Prides itself on food and drink,- rightly. All good was with quality ingredients. The main buffet has exceptional quality and range. Different variety every lunch, every dinner.. The two speciality eateries did what they should. The Mediterranean one had flamboyant service and well presented food. But see buts below... Outdoor BBQ was jolly and had great choice. Good quality spirits, a wide range of cocktails that my daughters rated, house wines quaffable. I mostly stuck to an Efes beer on the beach—one of my favourite holiday drinks. Various bars are all pleasant and relaxing. The service everywhere was cheerful and efficient. Here comes the buts. We went because my daughters had been told they must use u[their annual leave. So we went on a hastily booked holiday unexpectedly. So we booked late. In November. I can't accuse them of the weather. However, it does affect your experience. The swimming pool was freezing and unused, but the sea was cool and swimmable. There are rafts including a floating trampoline. The beach is gravel. Something I abhor! However, there is a pier which means you can avoid going barefoot on the pebbled seashore and get steps to the sea. So the sea scene was tremendous. The days for us were sunny and warm. The evening was a shock. I went out to dinner in shorts and a shirt. I went straight back as it was bitterly cold outside. I thought I would look out of place in the ski jacket I travelled with but I was lightly dressed compared to some others. Indoors is mildly warm and comfortable. (They reverse the air con so it becomes a heat pump.) The Bar and entertainment are outside. Do need to stay wrapped up. We were lucky with the daytime weather. On our last morning waiting to go to the airport it rained and it was miserable. It could have been a very sad holiday without the beach. We were lucky. However good the drinks and food I wouldn't want to have a holiday sat in the bar all week. The entertainment staff work hard on Fitness and Yoga. There's the gym. Not everyone is interested though. Entertainment where the guests are from several countries is never inspiring. Has to be visual: acrobats and dancing. The evening entertainment petered out during our week there. Not surprising as the hotel was only a third full. A group played on the top floor of the bar in the icy cold. To no one. The resort resident guitarist and singer played a set on Saturday as a fill-in and rightly got a standing ovation. I would recommend this hotel with vigour if it was good weather. November is risky. So great food, exceptional cheerful service. Comfortable, spacious rooms. A good programme of daytime activities. Variable evening entertainment. Risky November weather. I would go again.
