Pools very clean,staff were friendly, rooms were moderate however air-conditioning in living room none in bedrooms and was unbearable so hubby and myself slept on sofas. All inclusive not worth it drinks were poor Close to all entertainment little expensive for what you got..my maid was lovely she made my bed with towels made into swans all because we chatted and tipped her as they seem to get forgotten about

“You get what you pay for”

As a last minute decision we decided to shoe horn in 5 night break before our daughter started at University. Budget dictated our hotel choice and having been to many deluxe 5 star hotels in Colaki & Lara Beach over the years, we knew the standard would be 3 star - you get what you pay for. Rooms - we had a two bed apartment. Wow it was huge!! As a 3 person family it was great, however if a larger family occupied the same room the bathroom is tiny. Additionally, although we had two balconies, neither could seat more than 4 people. Towels - old and crusty… take your own for the sunders as the spa towels are small. Drinks - we generally stick to beer and wine with the odd spirit. On the first night my daughter had a vodka and coke and couldn’t drink it. Second night I tried a gin and tonic & couldn’t drink it either. The only soft drink which actually tasted authentic was the soda water. Food - we knew that as a 3 star the choice would be limited so would grade this as good for the star of hotel. Service - the majority of the bar staff I found quite grumpy! I always smiled, said please and thank you. In the restaurant area the staff worked hard to clean tables keeping the area clean for the next wave of guests. Entertainment - OK!! Pool area - cleaning ladies swept floor and cleaned tables daily. However one day I watched a cleaner move from table to table, wiping the ash trays then cleaning the tables with the same dirty grey cloth! Suggestions - self service soft drink stations at both pools (it was a pain having to walk around to the bar every time we needed water). Look at alternative local spirits and provide better ‘fizzy’ soft drinks. To summarise .. good 3 star hotel, great value.

For a 3* hotel I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the service and standard of food at it. For our stay we did just use the hotel for a base to explore Side and the surrounding area. The all inclusive (AI) offers variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also serves ice cream and afternoon tea at set times. Only local drinks are included in this so it you want branded drinks these have to be paid for, cocktails use branded so are paid for and after 11pm all drinks are paid for. AI has to have boundaries so if you will only drink a particular brand, cocktails or like drinking into early hours then just factor additional spending money in your budget for this if not venturing out of the hotel. Hotel does not have a designated lounge area where evening entertainment takes place, it is around the pool shown in the picture. Some evenings it is loud and can be heard in rooms that surround pool area. It didn’t bother us but if you don’t like that sort of thing or have difficulty sleeping because of noise then just ask for a room away from reception/entertainment area. Entertainment is varied so no two evenings were the same over our week stay. There are plenty of places to drink and eat near to the hotel, if for whatever reason you want a change from it or the type of food it serves. If you like seeing the sights or doing excursions then there are quite a few tour companies nearby in between the bars and restaurants. As always most are fraction of the price that you would pay if booking through your holiday rep. The beach is a short walk away or you can use the free bus service. It has an area that is shared with a few others hotels and drink/food needs to be purchased from bar/restaurant that serves it to get free sun bed and towels. There is no public area to that stretch of beach it is all taken up by allocation to hotels, most resorts are like that now so not a criticism. Had a lovely time staying here but not the sort of family that go back to same resort and hotel again. Just not our things, but if 3* is your budget then I would recommend.
