I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I am very satisfied with the entire experience! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to provide information and accommodate our requests. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with beds that ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel's location is perfect – close to major tourist attractions, yet in a quiet area. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, with something for everyone. This place truly deserves the highest ratings, and we will definitely return on our next visit!

Spent 10 nights at this hotel and it was very good. The hotel was spotless, the pool was a good size and the pool area was spotless. Some reviews have criticised the food, however we found the food very good, a lot of choice, fantastic salads, tasty meat from the grill, a good mix of Turkish and european cuisine. It is not a la carte dining but a buffet, the food was fresh and topped up regularly. We used two of the speciality a la carte restaurants, the Ottoman and the fish restaurant and both were excellent. I have a food intolerance and labelling was excellent. On arrival the reception also provided a document in Turkish which detailed the food restrictions, this could be used to make sure staff were aware of my restrictions. The all-inclusive drinks were ok, a bit sweet but palatable. Ice lollies were available at all times, ice cream was at restricted times. The mini bar was free and contained beer, soft drinks, water and iced tea. It was replenished regularly. A large bottle of water was also provided and replenished as necessary. There were two gala nights, Octoberfest and a Turkish night, these were great and the food was fantastic at both. The evening entertainment was enthusiastic and fun. Pool towels were provided in a tote bag and could be changed daily. Currency in use was predominately the euro so take more euros than Turkish lira. One criticism is the beds were very hard but overall a very good hotel.

“Avoid if you’re English!!!!🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿”

Just returned from a weeks stay at Side Star Park with the family, can’t fault the location which is a very short distance from the beach and a half hour stroll into the old town along the beachfront. Just returned from a weeks stay at Side Star Park with the family, can’t fault the location which is a very short distance from the beach and a half hour stroll into the old town along the beachfront. There are numerous shops etc on the doorstep and a few restaurants and pubs dotted around in close proximity. As for the hotel itself, this is NOT Suited to English guests….99% of people staying here are German and Dutch and the staff are very biased towards these….if you’re English be prepared to wait at the bars and reception while the others get preferential treatment! If you’re English the food served for breakfast, Lunch and Dinner really is not geared towards us….lots of fish dishes, lots of cabbage and stews etc…the breakfasts are awful and purely based on a typical Bavarian diet….we found ourselves living on pancakes and Nutella for breakfast and chips the rest of the day!!!….one thing I will say is the salad bar was always decent, while the deserts were the same every day…tasteless cakes!!! The entertainment is all based toward Germans, Oktoberfest days, German singers etc….as an English family we were made to feel like massive outsiders and unwelcome at times! The swimming pool and surrounding area was spotless and the pool itself lovely, despite the pool being “open” until 7pm we were told we had to give up the Sun loungers at 5pm each day so they could clear away and when we raised the issue we were ignored! The hotel itself is clean, well serviced, the rooms we couldn’t fault….but like I say this isn’t a hotel for English!!!!

Just got back from 10 days stay here. The hotel is 90% German and Dutch guests and the hotel definitely caters for them rather than Brits. As Brits ourselves it didn't bother us at all as we eat all cuisines and always found something to eat. But if you are a Brit going and expecting, English breakfasts (bacon, sausage beans etc) then forget it. Lunch and evening meals are also geared up for Germans. There is a lot of grilled fish and various meats and the salad bar is really really good. We liked the food but like most all inclusive resorts it's very repetitive. During our stay, the hotel had an Oktoberfest celebration which was absolutely amazing, the hotel really qnet to town on it. The thing that makes this hotel, is the staff. They work so so hard and do long hours. Special thanks to Ibrahim the waiter who really looked after us, making sure out drinks were constantly topped up. There are 3 a la carte restaurants available. We tried all 3. The fish restaurant is by far the best, then Turkish was not bad, but the Italian was poor. The location is excellent with Side just a ten minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean too. Had a great holiday and would possibly stay there again if we went to Side.
