Good location. We had a corner room on the top floor with sea views on both sides. Excellent food. We were there at the beginning of the season, so there weren't many people (which was fine by us). Connection with Side by bus. Bus stop close to the hotel. You can walk to the nearest market (it will take about 25-30 minutes).

“Very enjoyable”

Just returned from our holiday at this hotel. To start with the hotel was spotlessly clean. There were so many comfortable seats and areas in here to relax and chill out. Just returned from our holiday at this hotel. To start with the hotel was spotlessly clean. There were so many comfortable seats and areas in here to relax and chill out. Bedrooms cleaned every day and bed linen and towels changed as required. The restaurant had a variety of food to select from. There was no rush for food. The swimming pool area had plenty of beds to go around and umbrellas. If you needed help to find one the pool staff were very happy and obliging to do this. Could not fault any of the staff. They were very friendly and happy to help. All in all this was an excellent holiday and would strongly recommend as this was adults only. Would we visit again DEFINITELY

“Some good, some not so good”

Yes, this hotel mainly caters for the Germans, most of the staff also speak some English and mostly will go out of their way to understand you, some are not so friendly. Location. On a soft sand private beach with well spaced sun beds and shade, gentle sloping into the water for easy access/egress to the sea. The last hotel to the west of Side so not overcrowded while we were there, however the new hotel beside it, which you can’t see on google earth, has very loud music thumping across the whole area. No shops, bars or restaurants within walking distance, a bit remote. Hotel. Not over large so not too busy. Public areas all kept very clean and tidy, pool area well organised, lots of loungers with space around for chasing the sun (or shade) beach area also well kept with decent loungers. Restaurants, beach and pool bars too were constantly being cleaned. Rooms were kept clean although standard of service varied, towel change, toiletries top ups, mini bar top ups etc differed between the rooms. Restaurants! TUI and the hotels own website a buffet and 4 a’carte restaurants, there are not, one buffet restaurant with a section for a’carte with different theme nights. The Mexican night was just one of the waiters wearing a sombrero, Italian night no decorations at all, food for both was not themed however and very poor standard, hot protein with cold vegetables, complained to the restaurant manager, got a sorry and half bottle of horrible wine. Main buffet also very poor standard of food, mainly cold and tasteless. Beach bar for lunch is the “best” place to eat. I appreciate they have a limited budget but better quality product would reduce wastage and be more cost effective. AI drinks very poor quality and heavily diluted as were the soft drinks. Potable water widely available to top up bottles or replacement bottles from the bars. Staff. Guest services very friendly and helpful. reception staff mostly okay, some language issues, I don’t speak Turkish or German at all, some had a limited grasp of English. waiting staff at the beach bar friendly, pool bar had one very rude female server, lobby bar friendly, restaurant staff also friendly. Animation team mostly okay although had issue with one of the lads not leaving my daughter alone almost to the point of sexual harassment, I did report him. Overall, A much needed break in hot sunshine and warm sea, adults only so not pestered by other peoples kids during half term, ideal for teachers which most of the brits were! Hotel negatives outweigh the positives so no, we will not return, may not go back to Turkey at all. Food, drink and a few staff with attitude dampened our enjoyment. Note: don’t bother tipping, you won’t get better service!
