“Great holiday”

Stayed here the middle of June for a week (5th time) we arrived about 1am and were greeted by the bell boy and night receptionist both of whom were polite and helpful. We had a lovely sea view room with nice comfortable beds. The hotel was spotlessly clean and all the staff were polite and helpful and always smiling. A big thank you to the lovely guy Byroum (not sure if I have spelt that right) he looked after us so well at breakfast lunch and Dinner. He worked in the part just as you went in and just to the left area. Also Necla for our lovely omelettes and cakes later on in the day at the patisserie. Also to all the lovely pool bar staff for remembering our drinks. We are going back in September for our wedding anniversary for 2 week’s. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Where do you start, such a lovely hotel and the staff really don’t stop to make your holiday the best experience. We never met one member of staff that wouldn’t drop what they were doing to help you with whatever you needed and I really mean this, special mention to Murat and Muhammad who go above and beyond great customer service with the fantastic job that they do. Cafe in the hotel, muliple bars, multiple restaurants, 1 large pool, 1 medium and a kids pool with 3 slides, a spa…….the list goes on, we never felt the need to leave the hotel.

“Lovely hotel, staff can’t do enough for you!”

Lovely hotel, great service round the pool by Murat can’t do enough and remembers your drinks. When it was his day off drinks was not as good. Only downside to this hotel is if you have a fussy child you may struggle for food as they do not have a section for children.

“Not 5 star premium”

It is advertised as a 5 star premium on tui website but I’d say it was 4 star at the best. The rooms are dated with new furniture but poorly decorated. It is advertised as a 5 star premium on tui website but I’d say it was 4 star at the best. The rooms are dated with new furniture but poorly decorated. Bathrooms not updated with old showers and tiles. The food is ok. No themed nights and very Turkish cuisine every night. It’s cheap cuts of meat decorated with bland sauces. Show cooking was minimal with the same foods on offer. Same desserts every night. The restaurants on offer were much better and lunch at the beach bar was good. Drinks are the same in every bar and cocktails are very sweet. The app to order at the pool is good but takes time. You have to ask for branded drinks and the main lobby bar does have bottles of becks instead of the local beer. The water fridges around the pools are great and well topped up. The entertainment we avoided as it was the same kind of thing each night. All the bars just play piano music in the background. The night club was empty so if you wanted any sort of atmosphere you had to go to side which we found very expensive to eat and drink. The pool entertainment was standard. The beach is ok but if you look at the other hotels they had private jetties with bars and music . This hotel just had a few sunbeds on a jetty. The cabanas are scruffy and dated too. The weather was good and the holiday was relaxing but won’t be coming back.
